Each panel will be moderated by an expert who will invite 4 to 6 discussants with different background to share their own experiences and views on the topic. Representatives from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Czech Republic, Croatia, Kosovo, Macedonia, Slovenia, Serbia and Montenegro, Bulgaria, Romania and other countries in the region, as well as representatives from main humanitarian international organization and local non-governmental organizations will be invited to participate as discussants.
